  This 100L homogenizing mixing tank was custom-made for an Italian client. Despite its compact size, it is fully equipped with homogenizing, mixing, electric heating, and variable frequency speed control functions.

  The entire tank body is made of stainless steel, featuring a triple-layer construction. The innermost layer is crafted from medical-grade 316 stainless steel, while the outer layers are made of 304 stainless steel. The entire surface undergoes a mirror polish, giving it a compact and elegant appearance with a premium feel. The motor is supplied by the internationally renowned brand ABB. The lower homogenizing motor has a power of 7.5kW and can reach a maximum homogenizing speed of 3,000 r/min. The mixing is performed by a frame-type agitator, with a maximum stirring speed of 63 r/min. Through the coordinated action of homogenization and stirring, the materials receive uniform shear force, ensuring thorough mixing and shearing to produce stable products such as creams, lotions, and emulsions.

  The control system of this emulsifying equipment utilizes push-button controls, making it simple and easy to operate. Even beginners can quickly learn the entire operation process with the help of on-screen prompts and guidance. At the same time, it ensures safety during production—in the event of an abnormality, simply press the emergency stop button to protect both the equipment and personnel.
