the non-standard customized liquid washing homogenization and stirring production line was coming to an end. After more than a month of efforts, we are grateful to all the personnel who have contributed.

The entire production line customized by the customer for non-standard specifications consists of two identical units. Each unit has a total of six pot bodies, including two 5000L homogenizing mixer, two 500L mixers, and two 250L mixers. The two units are in a left-right symmetrical structure, which can meet the production requirements of simultaneously manufacturing two liquid washing products. The stirring adopts variable frequency speed regulation, unidirectional stirring, with a stirring power of 15kw and a rotational speed ranging from 0 to 63r/min. Homogenization, using an external circulation homogenizing pump, can perform 360-degree thorough mixing, dispersion, homogenization and emulsification of materials without dead corners, fully and efficiently carrying out the homogenization process of products. It is detachable, easy to clean, has superior performance and a long service life. The stator and rotor of the homogenizing head can be reasonably selected according to the actual production product requirements to meet the production needs of high efficiency and high energy. It adopts a double-end face balanced mechanical seal and a plc control system, which is convenient to operate and easy to master. The process of homogenization and stirring can fully and thoroughly blend the product, forming a uniform and clear emulsion product.
