Recently, Sina Ekato has fulfilled a customized order of perfume production line equipment to meet overseas clients’ requirements. All finished equipment has arrived at the company showroom and is ready for packaging and shipment overseas.
The first customized equipment is a 304 stainless steel pneumatic mixing storage tank available in three capacities: 200L, 400L and 1 ton. Designed with a semi-open top and equipped with a three-blade pneumatic agitator, the tank features a conical discharge outlet at the bottom and universal casters for flexible mobility during production. The tank body is fabricated via full argon arc welding to deliver robust sealing, stable welds and a sleek, rational structure. This stainless steel tank is mainly used for pre-dissolving raw materials prior to perfume production.
The second customized unit is a 500L perfume chiller. Fitted with core components sourced from world-renowned international brands, Sina Ekato’s perfume chiller delivers outstanding cooling efficiency. It effectively curbs raw material volatilization to retain the original fragrance to the maximum extent. With continuous uniform mixing by the pneumatic agitator, stable product quality is guaranteed. After sufficient homogenized reaction, the perfume feedstock is pumped by a diaphragm pump into a filter for impurity removal to produce finished perfume.
The finished perfume then proceeds to the third customized equipment: a fully automatic perfume filling production line consisting of a double-head vacuum magnetic pump filling machine, double-head capping crimping machine and screw capping machine. Adopting magnetic pump filling technology, the line stands out for precise volumetric filling and excellent drip-proof performance. Automated filling, cap crimping and screw capping drastically boost production efficiency while cutting labor and time costs.
