Custom 1000L Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifying Equipment + 2T CIP Cleaning System – Shipped Together

The sun was scorching today, but the heat didn't slow down the shipping enthusiasm at Guangzhou Sina Ekato. We are pleased to announce that our latest shipment has been dispatched, which includes a custom-built platform-type vacuum emulsifying unit and a complete CIP cleaning system.

This custom emulsifying system has a main tank capacity of 1000L, supported by a 600L water tank and a 500L oil tank. To facilitate easy observation and operation, it is equipped with an anti-slip platform and access stairs. The unit is fully featured with an external circulation homogenizing mixing system, heating and cooling systems, a vacuum system, a hydraulic lifting system, and a PLC control system. The homogenizer reaches a maximum speed of 3200 r/min, making it a critical component for cream and lotion production. Through powerful hydraulic shearing, helical agitation, and external circulation, it ensures optimal uniformity and fineness of the final product.

The CIP cleaning system has a designed capacity of 2 tons. Sina Ekato's CIP system automates the entire cleaning process, providing high-pressure impact and 360° no-dead-angle cleaning. It saves approximately 30% of water usage while maintaining extremely high cleaning efficiency. The whole process prevents cross-contamination, ensures safety and hygiene, and fully complies with national hygiene regulatory requirements.

In addition to the two main systems (emulsifier and CIP unit), the shipment also includes multiple 1T stainless steel storage tanks, rotor pumps, piping, and other auxiliary equipment—all packed and ready for delivery.
