製品の説明
このユニットは、洗剤、シャンプー、ボディソープなどの液体製品の製造に利用でき、混合、均質化、加熱、冷却、製品のポンプ排出、消泡（オプション）機能を統合しています。国内外の工場における液体製品に最適な装置です。全周壁面掻き混ぜ混合は周波数変換器による速度調整を採用しており、顧客の要求に応じて異なるプロセスで高品質な製品を製造できます。多様な高速均質化機は、固体と液体の原料を強力に混合でき、液体洗剤の製造プロセス中にAES、AESA、LSAなどの多くの溶解しにくい材料を急速に溶解できるため、エネルギー消費を節約し、生産期間を短縮できます。ポット本体は輸入された3層ステンレス鋼板で溶接されています。タンク本体とパイプはミラー研磨を採用しており、GMP要件に完全に準拠しています。
顧客の要求に応じて、タンクは材料を加熱および冷却できます。加熱方法には蒸気加熱と電気加熱があります。排出が容易で、底部直接排出または移送ポンプによる排出が可能です。
