This system integrates homogenization, mixing, vacuum, temperature control, lifting, and intelligent operation into a single unit, developed in line with European industry standards.

Equipped with a double mechanical seal, it ensures reliable safety performance. The quick-opening large flip-top cover design allows for 360° cleaning of the kettle body and rapid material feeding. The system features an industrial-grade PLC programmable control system with a reserved industrial Ethernet interface, supporting MES/ERP system networking. It enables remote monitoring, recording, and exporting of historical process curves, providing data support for compliance traceability and process scale-up.

The unit comes with a hydraulic lifting platform and a high-strength anti-slip grating platform to ensure operator safety. The overall piping layout is orderly and neat, designed in compliance with sanitary piping standards.

Upon its launch, this upgraded liquid washing homogenizing mixer has attracted strong interest from customers in the daily chemical and personal care industry. Manufacturers of shampoo, body wash, lotion, gel, and other products have been actively inquiring about its adaptability. To date, the equipment has received eight orders of varying scales. To address the specific needs of different customers, SINAEKATO engineers will carry out further fine-tuning and customized design to maximize production efficiency and convenience as required by clients.
